The working relationship that we employ across all partnerships is one of collaboration. When we engage with a client, we are in it for the long-term. We believe that this approach creates an environment where client and agency work as a team, as opposed to procurement/supply.This transparency ensures that our partners are exposed to development and strategy for the duration of the product, proposition or product life cycle, and not just at the conclusion of a project.

Dependent on the size and scope of the project, a dedicated account team, including an account director and account manager would be appointed, with
the client having access to key personnel throughout the production process.
A dedicated project manager with PRINCE2 practitioner accreditation will be appointed to ensure fluid and seamless delivery.

On large design and development projects, more often than not client
teams spend time on-site with us ensuring that they can see first-hand
the activities taking place and benefit from the experience of our senior
developers and designers.
